Are there any additional fees?
How is the ordering process?
Simply send your logo to info@beantownblankets.org with any comments regarding preferred color or design ideas (optional). Our team will create 3 to 6 blanket design concepts within 12 to 24 hours.
After you review/revise the designs and confirm the design, we ask that your provide the delivery date needed and a shipping address (it is best to allow a minimum of 45 days, however, rush shipping is available for a fee). If you would like to include the QR code tag, please provide the URL. This can be a PDF, donation page, website, etc.
A 30% deposit is preferred prior to production and the remainder after the blankets are delivered. Our payment terms are flexible, so we are happy to accommodate based on your needs. We accept nearly all payment methods, including ACH, Credit Card, Check, Zelle/Venmo, PayPal or Wire Transfer.
Can we design the blanket?
Absolutely! We encourage you to design the blanket to reflect your school spirit. We can provide templates on Canva, PDF, or Photoshop. Our design team is also available to help if needed.
What is the QR code tag for?
The QR code tag makes it easy for people to donate directly to your school or cause. It's a simple and effective way to increase the funds you raise!
Can we do pre-orders before ordering blankets?
Certainly. In the past, we've noticed that schools typically opt for one of two selling strategies. Some prefer to distribute pre-order forms to students, then place their order based on the responses. Others choose to make an estimated upfront order and then sell the blankets directly at school events or gatherings. We're flexible and open to supporting both approaches!
